Farmers to Families Free Food Boxes
We are excited to be receiving a load of Farmers to Families boxes for our community.
The free food box distribution will take place at Pate Early Childhood Center on Friday May 28, 2021 starting at approximately 11:30 a.m. and will be a drive-thru style distribution of 960 boxes of produce, meat, dairy products and milk.
We ask that you please enter the Pate parking lot using the Carnation Street entrance.
We also ask you to please have the following information written down for each family for whom you are picking up (limit of up to 5 boxes).
We need:
Head of households (First and Last Name)
Number of people in household
City, County and State of Residence
Again, this is free to anyone please come and pick up for family and neighbors that may not be able to make it out. If you have additional questions, please call 417-678-3373. Thank you.
